Pradeep Soundararajan is the Chief Servant to Employees and Customers of Moolya Testing, a company he founded. He is also the Product owner and CEO of Bugasura, a bug tracker that enables SaaS Teams to work with their Partners and Customers on the same platform.

He has been a Tester, Independent Consultant, Test Tool Developer (using Perl), Test Coach, Test Management Consultant, and Product Owner of Testing Tools, whilst wearing a hat as a businessman. Pradeep is the author of the book Buddha in Testing.He is living a life that can be represented in one word – Ubuntu. He believes that many good people make him.

He has been a senior business development manager, assistant vice president sales, and vice president sales for more than one organisations. Vaisakh believes in facts and figures and witnessing success in the form of rising numbers and graphs is what gives him satisfaction. For his previous organisation Vaisakh has led the Middle Eastern expansion and has had a tremendous impact on their domestic sales as well.

Amit is the AVP-Fulfilment of Moolya & CEO Moolya Ed. He joined Moolya, back in 2015, as a fresher with an eagerness to learn and an unquenchable curiosity about technology and management.

Amit was an entrepreneur and he co-founded a start-up called WeDeliver and sold testing as a service and solution to start-ups.

Over the past 7 years he has led Moolya’s Fulfilment Team to achieve one milestone after another and together with his team he has successfully created an environment of success. In 2022 Amit started a new chapter with Moolya as the CEO of Moolya Ed.

Dhanasekar, popularly known as DS to all the Moolyans is the VP-Testing & Automation of Moolya and he plays a great part in defining Moolya’s testing philosophy. As a true thought leader in the testing world DS possesses extensive experience in the industry.

DS has worked as a tester, a verification manager, a Senior QA, and Product Owner of Testing Tools. DS has also been an eminent speaker at various international conferences. In 2022 he presented his tutorial on Mobile App Testing and Mindmaps at the Romanian Testing Conference. Humble and soft-spoken, DS emphasises on the fact that deep testing practices will be rewarded more.

He has been a field sales agent, a software tester, product manager, product owner & ideator and also the founder of two start-ups called App-Identity and Seriouslyy. With a natural knack towards business, finance, and technology Abilash plays a key role as a true leader of the Pre-Sales team of Moolya. Since 2022 Abilash has started an online talk-series called ‘Mootalks’ where he discusses the future of technology and testing with Moolya’s customers and leaders.

He has led global and regional L&D teams in small, medium and large enterprises in his career delivering critical learning ROI projects and managing learners and clients across various continents.
